Upon Account closure, any balance of real-money funds (excluding bonus balances subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via an approved withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification and these Terms. Clauses that by nature survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law and Prohibited Conduct — shall continue in full force after Account closure.
